I am a PostDoc at the chair for Data Security and Cryptography at the University of Regensburg. Since October 2022 I am PI of the project “Quantum Security of Cryptographic Algorithms”, funded by the bidt as part of the Graduate Center for PostDocs. I am also working within Project P1 of the collaborative research center CROSSING funded by the DFG. Before joining University of Regensburg, I was a PhD student at Technical University of Darmstadt advised by Juliane Krämer. My PhD thesis is available here. Prior to that, I studied IT-Security (M.Sc.) and Computer Science (B.Sc.) at the Technical University of Darmstadt.
I am generally interested in provable security of cryptographic primitives. My main focus is on provable security against adversaries having access to quantum computers. Besides that, I am also interested in provable security in scenarios such as side-channel leakage and related-key/-randomness attacks.
